Yes. We can help you with most any device configuration, in which we are able to connect in remotely.
$100 for one hour.
You book your appointment and get a link to a video meeting. We connect and troubleshoot the device. We will try to connect to a screen sharing service or troubleshoot the problem anyway we can inside the threshold of the initial hour. If you need more time we will be happy to schedule additional and/or longer help sessions.
Setup family sharing and parental controls, make cloud configurations or solve space issues, get devices to sync together.
